President's Cup Series Match 1 - ResultThe first match in the President's Cup was held on Friday 13 March 2026 with 13 members taking part.
Steve Pedder took top spot with an impressive 9lb 2oz from peg 3. In second place was Pete Wilkins with 8lb 0oz and in third place was Dave White with 7lb 13oz.

Spring Series Cup Match 1 - Result
The first match in the Spring Series Cup was held on Saturday 7 March 2026 with 21 members taking part.
Dave White took top spot with an impressive 14lb 11oz from peg 7. In second place was Ron Snaith with 9lb 9oz and in third place was Barry Smith with 8lb 2oz.

Pat Dunkley, pictured below came in fourth place with 7lb 8oz, This included a fine Crucian Carp of 1lb 6oz which just beat Barry Smith's Crucian caught in the same match by an ounce. This is the biggest Crucian caught in recent times and one for the record book unless someone can top it.
Roach Cup Series Match 3 Result
Pat Dunkley who was in third place prior to the match had a brilliant day in the final match of the series. He weighed in with 6lb 14oz winning the match and the series with a total 10lb 11oz.
Dick Cullen came second in the match with 4lb 1oz. Andy Franklin and Pete Wilkins tied in third place both with 3lb 12oz.
Pat is pictured below,left, being presented the trophy by our newly appointed Match Secretary Alan Green.

Roach Cup Series Match 2 Result
The second match of the series was held on 7 February 2026 and was fished by 17 members. Conditions were better than last time - with all 17 anglers having something to weigh -in.
Top spot went to Ron Snaith with 3lb 14oz. Second place was shared between Dave White and Pat Dunkley both with 2lb 11oz.
Ron Snaith takes a 5 ounce lead over his nearest rivel Andy Franklin into the final match to be held on 21st February.

The first match of the series was held on 24 Jan 2026 and was fished by 17 members. Conditions were tough with only three anglers breaking the 1lb barrier.
Top spot went to Andy Franklin with 1lb 8oz. In second place was Pat Dunkley with 1lb 2oz and third place went to Dick Cullen with 1lb.
